Synopsis
About Jeroen Duran
Born in 1979, I grew up on a beautiful little farm in The Netherlands, and this instilled a love for nature in me.
I love drawing farm houses, barns, and landscapes, as well as animals.
I illustrate for my own poetry, which is generally in a cartoonish fashion. These pictures are also used for flashcards in EFL teaching.
I have adjudicated art shows, which was an absolute pleasure to do.
I resided in Hong Kong for 16 years with my wife and two children, and recently moved back to the town where I spent most of my youth, in The Netherlands.

About Jeroen Duran
Jeroen Duran is a teacher by day. He teaches creative writing for a living, and has recently published a bundle of poetry, art and short stories, called ‘Imaginings’. He has a degree in Philosophy, and credentials in Psychology and Coaching. He spends much of his free time painting, drawing, making music, and writing poetry and stories. He currently resides in The Netherlands, after having spent 16 years in Asia.
